My fascination for psychology and human behavior sprouted at age 14. Hourlong conversations with my mother, who was a teacher with great interest in psychological correlations in human behavior, trained my mind and perception. In the late 90s, several profound experiences led me to embark on a spiritual path.

A detour via university to study for teaching certification and social pedagogy, led me on to join a two-year psychological counselling training. As a complementary practitioner for psychotherapy (certified as ‘Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie’), I am specialized in holistic psychotherapy and licensed to practice psychotherapy in Germany.

As a therapist, I offer a blend of intuitive understanding and practical guidance. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be fully seen, heard, and respected, while also feeling gently challenged to grow. I work with clients who value independence and self-reliance, but who are also open to deeper insights—whether they come from within or from exploring more spiritual or philosophical perspectives. My multicultural background has taught me the importance of honoring different mindsets and customs, and I bring this openness into my practice, meeting each client exactly where they are.

Individuals who seek my services are willing to work on their given issues. I am their scout, motivator and compassionate companion on this journey. Seeing that my clients derive new insights, deeper understanding and inspiration from our sessions and are encouraged to trust and take action to live a more conscious and fulfilling life fills me with immense joy.
