Ja, das ist tatsächlich öfters einen Gedanken und auch einen Post wert.
Neulich ertappte ich mich dabei, wie ich, nach einem Tag krank im Bett, mir am nächsten Tag wieder eine Auszeit gönnen wollte, bloß nun ohne den Knockout des Vortages. Schön und gut, das ist ja auch legitim, die To-do-Liste mal liegen zu lassen und eine ruhige Kugel zu schieben (als Selbstständige*r nochmal eine extra Herausforderung). Und ich dachte mir auch: haha, dann mache ich heute auch nicht 10 Minuten mein Sprachprogramm und auch nicht meine 15 Minuten Trainingseinheit. Und dann kuschelte ich mich ein in das wohlige Gefühl, heute, obwohl ich gar nicht krank war, trotzdem nichts zu machen…
Und dann hielt ich kurz inne. Und dachte mir: eigentlich fühlt es sich doch gut an, mein tägliches Pensum (insgesamt 25 Minuten, ist ja nicht die Welt) zu erledigen. Danach freue ich mich und der Rhythmus reißt nicht ab. Mal einen Tag pausieren ist ok, aber wenn man es danach schleifen lässt, sind aus einem Tag gleich zwei, dann vier, dann eine Woche geworden und dann wieder rein zu kommen ist schwieriger, als mich jetzt durchzuringen. Und dann dachte ich mir: für was möchte ich mich entscheiden? Und dann traf ich die bewusste Entscheidung, doch zumindest (wenn auch der restliche Tag tatsächlich eine Pause war) mein Pensum zu absolvieren.
Früher war das nicht so, da hab ich viel öfter neun gerade sein lassen und so viele Dinge nicht erledigt, hinter mir hergeschleift und dann eben gar nicht gemacht. Und das, obwohl ich es eigentlich ja besser hätte wissen sollen.
Aber mir war damals nicht ganz so klar, dass ich ja jedes Mal eine Entscheidung traf.
Gibt es Dinge, die Du schleifen lässt, von denen Du aber eigentlich genau weißt, dass sie Dir eigentlich gut tun und Du dich auch eigentlich immer besser fühlst, wenn Du sie gemacht hast?
Wie bewusst entscheidest Du Dich dafür oder dagegen?
Man trifft jeden Tag Entscheidungen, meist kleine, manchmal auch größere. Welche triffst Du?
Machst Du den Spaziergang oder bleibst Du auf Social Media hängen? Räumst Du auf oder legst Du noch was dazu? Rufst Du eine Freundin an oder schaust Netflix? Stehst Du auf oder bleibst Du liegen?
Hast Du ein Ziel, das Du Dir gesetzt hast? Und steuerst Du mit Deinen täglichen Entscheidungen darauf zu oder driftest Du durch sie davon ab?
In Einzelfällen fallen Deine Entscheidungen vielleicht nicht so ins Gewicht, aber die Wiederholung und die Dauer machen sehr wohl etwas aus. Du triffst jeden Tag Entscheidungen, jeden Tag…
